The Fine Print

All proceeds to benefit Grace Episcopal Church, Ponca City. Winner can claim prize package up to 2 years after the date of the drawing — winner need not be present to win.

The prize package is also transferrable to other recipients, if the winner desires. The winner also must live within a 300 mile radius of Ponca City, Oklahoma.

The winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 in order to claim prize — winnings less the ticket price will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC.
