Liturgy

On the first day of the week, our Lord overcame death and the grave.
Sunday is therefore the LORD'S DAY, the principal day of worship for Christians. It is the day when we gather together week after week to offer prayers and thanksgiving and celebrate the Holy Eucharist, whereby we receive the very Body and Blood of Christ in the Sacrament of the Altar.
The form of our worship at Grace Church is ordered by our LITURGY. This means that our services follow a set structure, which for us is established by the Book of Common Prayer -- the foundational text that has bound Anglican Christians the world over in the worship of God for centuries.
Our services may seem strange at first, with all of our rituals, chants, and vestments. But as with everything in life, the best thing to do is to dive right in and participate! The liturgy has a way of getting into your bones, and in time, it most certainly will.

Service Schedule
We celebrate the Holy Eucharist at the following times each week:
The live-stream of our services can be viewed on our Facebook page. All who have been baptized in the Name of the Trinity in any Christian denomination are invited to partake of the Body and Blood of our Lord. |
The Daily Office
Grace Church is a place of prayer, and we sustain a constant rhythm of prayer with the DAILY OFFICE -- the historic recitation of Psalms, prayers, and Scripture that structures the lives of Anglican Christians.
But prayer belongs to every Christian, and our services are open to all who desire to begin or end their days with prayer in the silence of our sacred space. The "Offices" of Morning and Evening Prayer are less than half an hour in length and are held in our sanctuary at the following times: Monday - Thursday
